I’m going to open myself up to probably quite a few harrassment e-mails but s__t happens. Since I missed last year’s Donkey Patrol Contest down at the Mexico House, can someone please explain how the “average” surfer (yes, a knock on my surfing talents) is going to beat the more advanced surfers such as Eddie “the great” or the crappy surfers such as Mr. “run my mouth since last contest” Smith? I’ve been preparing for this contest for probably a total of a day and a half, so what move do I have to pull off to win? The “ham on rye” or the “triple double superman shuffle?” Give me the rules please.

Ford is not considered a major contender this weekend as his surfboards are mysteriously no longer buoyant and may have trouble “floating him” through his heat against the Smyth.
