A local Tampa kiteboarder goes big in 25-35kt winds at fort De Soto park in Saint Petersburg, Fl near Tampa Florida. I shot this video after my lesson yesterday.

If you would like kiteboarding lessons in or around Tampa Florida, please EMAIL ME and I can refer you. The rate is $100/hr which is the industry standard. I would recommend a minimum of at least 3hrs of instruction to safely get out on your own.

Hola fools! Well, its time for the Viperelli to give up the coveted Donkey Champion Trophy! He is getting way to used to viewing it at Club L (In case you are wondering, Club L stands for Late, Lagahan, Left behind, Loser, Lost…….you get the picture!)

The site will be in San Diego someplace depending on the swell that will most likely be a South. It’s B-Lo’s birthday that day and I will be celebrating mine as well, so let’s plan on having victory cocktails afterwards.

Sweet. I have access to the DP blog. At long last.

Puerto Rico hasn’t had the most epic winter for surf, but it’s been real good. Not one of you fools made it down here. Smythe? Are you hitting up PR on your way to Geoff’s wedding?

Casa Rincon is closing down for guests. There’s gonna be a new donkey in town, and she’s gonna be able to out surf The Smythe in under 10 years. We’re getting the house ready for the baby and there will be more surf for me if none of you are down here surfing. I leave you with pictures.
